Bellingham Chamber of Commerce celebrates 13th Annual Awards Dinner

The Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce is in full gear towards the Annual Awards Dinner presented by Bank of the Pacific to be celebrated at Four Points by Sheraton on November 30th. An evening to celebrate those organizations and individuals who have gone above and beyond their mission and are making a difference in our community.
A group of community-involved Chamber members has started the evaluation process of finalists for Small, Large, nonprofit and green business, while a selected group of community-minded individuals is in charge of the selection of Man, Woman and CEO of the Year. The Ambassador of the Year has been selected by Chamber Ambassadors; Chamber members with an in-depth understanding of the Chamber mission. Young Professional of the Year and Tourism Partner will also be announced during the Annual Awards Dinner.
The Bellingham Chamber is dedicating its efforts towards making the Annual Awards Dinner another memorable event. As one of the most prestige events in Whatcom County, each detail must be taken into consideration. Working with reputable vendors and partners who deliver high quality products and services is vital. Invitations, programs and all other marketing materials have been trusted to Print & Copy Factory. Radley Muller Photography’s blend of artistic eye and technical skills will deliver the perfect red carpet experience during the Annual Awards Dinner.
Like any major event, the food selection is of great importance. Guests will have the opportunity to select one of three menu options featuring – Coho Salmon on a bed of fingerling potato hash with peppers and onions, Steak filet prepared with a demi glaze and topped with a pat of house made tarragon butter served with roasted broccolini and whipped red potatoes or a vegetarian option of Pear Pasta Primavera with wild mushrooms and fresh vegetables, topped with a toasted oyster mushroom as the main courses together with a rich selection of side dishes.
As the most expected event in Whatcom County, tickets sell out quickly. Chamber members and the community are encouraged to buy their tickets soon to secure their seat at the 13th Annual Awards Dinner.
