What is the most important change that has occurred in your industry in the past year?
My industry is changing every day! Caliber allows us to stay on top of all the changes and stay compliant at the same time.
What is your favorite product or service that Caliber provides and why?
I love that Caliber offers portfolio programs to assist people who can’t find financing with other lenders. We offer lending for those who’ve had a foreclosures, bankruptcies or short sales. We offer financing on: non-warrantable condominiums; foreign nationals; investors who have unlimited financed properties permitted.
Do you see any industry trends that Caliber will need to respond to in the next year?
We continue to be on the top of technology in our industry, which is so important.
If you could own/operate another local business, what would it be and why?
I wouldn’t! I love my job. Helping people become homeowners is such a great feeling.

What or who is your top “go-to” place or person for business and professional advice?
Caliber offers many opportunities for all the loan consultants. Training is offered…and sometimes required! We all depend on one another!
Who has had the biggest impact on your career?
29 years ago it was Kathy Washatka,. Currently I’d say Scott Ask, and Dustin Bromley. They hold me accountable.

Favorite sport/team or movie?
Sport– Football for sure. GO HAWKS!!
What do you do for fun?
Hanging out with friends, yard work, and cooking! I love watching sports (football, baseball, hockey), and I like to shop!
